Past due payments are subject to losing their spot to similar vendor types after the 30-day guaranteed holding period.

Helpful Reminders:
You are not required to have a renaissance tent. Pop ups are allowed, but we strongly encourage vendors to wrap or cover metal poles as much as possible to help keep the image aligned with our fair experience.
This is an outdoor event on a level football field. No equipment is provided, and vendor will be responsible for bringing their own tent and tables for set up. Tent weights or tie downs are strongly recommended.
There is no access to electricity/power onsite. Loud generators will no be permitted. Silent or solar powered generators and battery packs are acceptable.
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of issuance or the application could be cancelled and the space given away to someone else.

60+ Days = Full Refund
30+ Days = 70% Refund
15+ Days = 40% Refund
<15 Days = No Refund
